"It is true that the service is comically bad. They greet you with a frown and look at you like "what are you doing here?" It happens so often that I smile like it's Ed Debevic's. 50% of the time I have had to wait and there is no apology, even if it's an app order. One time the manager shorted me a biscuit and got a aggressive when I asked him about it. Finally he realized it was his mistake. He did apologize however and corporate has responded to my feedback. At least corporate is aware of this store being an issue I suppose."

"NOTE: Many reviews here claim bad service. As of 2025, management has changed. Service has improved by a LOT! Food: Very good. I will die by the statement that the Popeye's spicy bacon & cheese chicken sandwich is the best out of any fast food establishment. Service: Workers are very friendly and always seem to be in a good mood, no problems taking my order and my food gets done pretty quickly. Atmosphere: Pretty tiny restaurant, not a lot of space. But honestly it makes it feel very cozy and I'm all for that. Isn't usually busy, it's nice to take a seat while eating. All in all, awesome food and staff, and the location is extremely convenient for me personally. I can take literally < 1 minute walk out of work for a quick bite before I head home :)"

"This Popeyes is always very clean and has great service. I came in today and ordered food. The server made sure everything was correct in my order and double checked if I wanted my chicken sandwich regular or spicy. They also put a lot of sauces in my bag which I really appreciated because I forgot to ask for them. Overall one of my favorite Popeyes locations."
